Today was Fletcher’s first taste of solid food and my first attempt at making baby food. We bought a Beaba baby Cook after reading all of the amazing reviews. I knew I was going to make my own food and this seemed to be the easiest way for me to do so. The price is steep (164.00 after tax) but it is worth it. I don’t know if it recoups the cost through saving money on not buying glass jars of food but I don’t care. Knowing what is going in my baby’s tummy is worth the cost and the trouble of making food. So far I love the Beaba. It was really simple and I can tell it will help me continue with making baby food.

interesting food maker thingy. emerson was weirded out about food at first and even though she gets excited to eat each time, she still makes a “yucky” face the first few bites until she gets used to it.
i was going to comment on jm…but after 20 minutes of waiting to scroll down on your post, the site froze…which made my computer freeze and i figured i would just comment here instead!
Looks like that baby cook thing is really easy to use.
I use http://www.babyfood101.com to help me find great foods to introduce to my baby.
Happy eating!

I just use my mini food processor…this thing looks cool though! Maybe I should invest seeing i have another little one on the way! Nice!
It makes the whole process very streamlined, so cleaning up after is easier too. If you want one they have them at carousel mall at william sonoma. And congrats btw, i heard the good news!
